Ezio was in 2017 acting as president of the Lega Serie A (governing body that runs the major professional soccer tournament in Italy). Ezio’s experience is in accounting and auditing and he is managing partner at Simonelli Associati. Ezio is also on the BoD of Fondazione Banca Popolare Milano; a Member of Statutory Auditors at Mondadori SpA and Recordati SpA; and a Chairman of Statutory Auditors at Sisal Group SpA, Vortice SpA and Mediaset Italia. Ezio is also the author and co-author of several corporate finance books.



Claudio, as an investment banker with more than 35 years of activity, has originated and managed over 250 corporate finance, capital markets, equity and private equity transactions, achieving significant returns, with a multiple of 7.2 times the capital invested. He has served in preeminent roles in investment banking in PWC, Wells Fargo, Societe Generale, Sopaf, Lazard, as CEO of Quadrivio Sgr (private equity fund) and CEO of Mittel CM. an italian holding company listed in Milan Stock Exchange. and Deputy Chairman of Ambrosetti Asset Management Sim. He as been member of the Board of Directors of several major Italian companies and financial institutions. Claudio is married and father of three daughters.



Francesco is an active member of the UN Global Sustainability Index Institute, presenting in Davos at the WEF, since 2012. He is Executive Chairman of Kaufmann & Partners (K&P), a financial advisory company with offices in Madrid, focused on telco, media and corporate finance. Francesco served as an Executive Director at IFIL (now Exor) controlling FCA (Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles, Ferrari, Worms, Partner-Re, and Juventus F.C.). He was MD of Telecom Italia, on the Board of TIM and a Director of Wind Telecom and of Graviton (La Jolla, California), a wireless sensory networks (M2M communication) company, backed by Qualcomm. He has a BA in Economics from Bocconi, Milan, and a Ph.D. in Strategy and Organisation from UCLA.



Ernesto is a former CEO of Banca Popolare di Milano; from 2005-2012, CEO of Inter Football Club Since 2012, Ernesto has been teaching Economics and Management of Sports Enterprises at the “Università Cattaneo – LIUC” in Castellanza, Italy. Ernesto is a member of the “Association for the Development of Banking and Stock Exchange Studies”, the “Pier Lombardo Foundation” and the “Emergency Foundation”. He is also honorary President of the “Forex Club”.



Vincenzo is a Professor of Mathematics at The University of Florence. Vincenzo specialises in mathematical economics, finance and new technology, including blockchain. Vincenzo has recently been appointed by the Italian Ministry of University and Research as its representative at the G7 scientific institution of the Carnegie Group.
