Ian is an experienced CEO and NED. Ian has 10+ years of experience working in the fintech sector and has served on the board of several fintech companies supplying their services to the Financial, Retail and Travel sectors. Formerly, Ian was the founder and CEO of Payment Cloud Technologies (PCT) – a digital payment solutions company, Director of Unisys Corporation and held the role of Director, Group Payments at Abbey Bank (now Santander). – Ian is Chairman of Paynetics UK (an FCA regulated card issuer).

AMANDA HARRISON

Amanda brings over 15 years of specialised experience in fintech, financial services, and payments industry. Her career has included impressive commercial leadership roles such as Vice President, Head of Sales at Paynetics UK and Head of Business Development for UK and Europe at PFS (EML Group) helping them both to increase market share. Prior to that she had long service, senior commercial roles at PPS (an Edenred Company), FIS Global, Omnio Group (formerly PCT) and Santander UK.

JULIE GRAHAM –HEAP

Julie brings over 18 years’ experience in the payments industry and operational management. Her career includes 15 years as a Board Director at the Grass Roots Group, a Global performance improvement company  managing all aspects of payment card services, retailer management and operational management of vouchers/gift cards, call centre, supply chain, warehouse fulfilment and data management. After 30 years at Grass Roots, Julie started her own businesses developing her own prepaid cards and consultancy. Julie is well known for her honest, ‘no nonsense’ approach and more importantly for getting the job done.

ANTONIO MATTA

Antonio brings with him to REPX an important knowledge of the field of public relations, marketing, advertising and communication, being active as entrepreneur, Chairman and CEO. His experience in managerial roles ranges from publishing (newspapers and news outlets, media, radio, publications) to the field of public administration, as well as in the management of public service companies (multi-utility services) and represents an important background for REPX. With his publishing house, he has also been the editor of numerous publications (one also contained in the national state archives as ‘heritage of Italy’). Antonio is also a member of the National Order of Journalists in Italy.

FERDINANDO SIANO

Ferdinando has more than 45 years of career in the commercial sector of Sport and Media.
In charge of sports and licensing for the Mediaset Group, he was responsible for the sales network and the implementation of commercial policies for the sale of marketing rights, mainly in the football sector where he worked directly with team directors and presidents. Expert in brand licensing and commercial exploitation of brands in various sectors.

NYALL SIMPSON

Former Business Director and Head of Brand Experience at McCann Birmingham. Nyall has over 15 years experience working for The Interpublic Group. Former clients include The Premier League, Microsoft and Formula One team Force India and he has also worked directly for Manchester Utd, running a major global sponsorship programme.
In 2018, Nyall started his own digital marketing agency, specialising in digital transformation and social commerce.

Ibby originally set up his own online software development company, Electrapix combining dev expertise with social media know-how. He helped to develop online presence from individuals to major SME’s. He has also worked widely in the Fintech industry for around 10 years, leading a team responsible for the integration of several platforms for the pre-paid cards industry.

Simon is a qualified Accountant and market leading Compliance Officer and Data Protection expert serving in multiple MLRO and DPO roles in the Financial Services and Fintech industry.Payments start and end with compliance and Simon takes pride in continuing to upskill his AML and Fraud Monitoring qualifications and knowledge to stay abreast of the fast-changing global payments regulation to be up to speed on domestic versus policy by offshore jurisdiction
